A Professional Computer Aided Design and Measured Survey Service
Ideal for Architects, Builders, Construction Companies, Developers, Estate Agents, Engineering Companies, Fit-Out Companies, Infrastructure Companies, Interior Designers or Design Companies, Local Authorities, Civil or Structural Engineers, Surveyors and in fact anyone that needs plans/details/sections or elevations drawn.
We have measured and produced drawings of pubs, resturants, flats, houses, factories, shops, schools, plantrooms, boilerhouses, swimming pools, gymnasiums and even land for a golf course extension.
We can handle 2D or 3D CAD drawings, NIA's and GIA's. We can produce CAD drawings from old film durniturerawings at very reasonable rates and with a decent turn-around. We can create a totally professional CAD drawing from sketches. We can produce Illustrations of buildings and of any features required such as statues, bespoke furniture (street, office or home). Even illustrations of proposed items.
The CAD systems we use are AutoCAD, Microstation V8i and Vectorworks. We can save details as jpeg mages or drawings as pdf's for sending to clients without CAD facilities. There are disto meters for accurate laser measurement and we have measured areas as complex as plantrooms'

- 28 years CAD Experience in Microstation and AutoCAD. 23 years in Architecture and Building Technologies. 2D and 3D CAD work. Architecture, Building Fit-Outs, Building Services (HVAC,Electrical, Mechanical, Medical Gases and Public Health), CAD Management, Civils, Construction, Drainage and Earthworks, Engineering, Garden Design, Graphics, Illustrations, Industrial Kitchen Design, Interior Design, Planning and Building Regulations, Rail Infrastructure, Space Planning, Structural Engineering, Survey and QA checking
- Qualifications:
- Diplomas (Distinction) in Building Studies and Interior Design; BTEC in Construction and Surveying; A Levels in Art, Tecnical Drawing and Design and Technology.
- Work Experience:
- 4 Years Atkins; 4 years + Faber Maunsell; 4 years Metronet; 9 years GEC; 4 years Alstom; 6 years various surveying companies; London Borough of Barnet survey trained; 7 years + Planning and Building Regulations; 7 years + Building Services Consultants. 20 months NIBSC Laboratory and Plantroom CAD drawing/design and survey.
