With this package you automatically become an authorised property agent for GR Phelps giving you the option of listing on all the main property websites. Initial listing fee per property and then shared commission.

Pricing

The price for the business start package is just £295 + vat. This includes domain name, website, 2 day training course, operations and business manual and support. Save £000’s in start-up or franchise fees.

There is a £95 + vat monthly hosting, support and GR Phelps agency listing fee, which includes two properties per month live on the main portals.

Additional portal listings are available at £49 per month per property (plus VAT).

For the price of just a website we give you everything you need, including:

1.    A custom-designed CMS property website, with your choice of domain name, logo and colours – with a full content management system and built-in networking system. (normally £495 + vat)

2.    Two day ‘masterclass’ iProperty sales and letting training. This includes website training, selling and networking skills, plus a complete system for online and offline marketing including social media, email marketing, leaflet and advertising. (Normally £195 + vat.)

3.    Comprehensive marketing manual. Full of ‘how-to’ advice and with dozens of ready-made forms, marketing templates, websites, suppliers and checklists, plus free email marketing and SEO software programs and databases. A core part of the marketing is a referral-based networking approach.

Revenue streams include: Property sales (Fixed-fee and commission based), lettings (find a tenant and management), overseas property listing and sales, ‘For sale by owner’, discounted and investment properties, website advertising, business website advertising and affiliate products.
