This is a strong investment vehicle. We are property proffesionals buying below market property and selling to 'alreaqdy sourced' investment clients. We have limited funds and wish to take our business to the next level. We require private investors to lend monies to our company for the purchase,legal fees and renovation of residential properties. In return you will recieve a first charge over the property we use the funds to purchase.

Example Deal. Your lawyer sends our lawyer 50,000GBP to purchase a property we have identified for a client. Our lawyer completes the purchase and gives you/your company first charge over the asset.

We request a renovation figure (this is detailed before drawing down any funds) example 6,000GBP.

We will pay you 2percent per month until the property is sold. This is 1120.00GBP per month as PURE INTEREST.

The term will be between 3 and six months.

We would then complete the sale and our lawyer would pay off your 56,000GBP.

We would then request the monies again on the same terms for the next transaction. Minimum term is 1 year that you make a set figure available to our company. You can continue or cancel after this point.

Funds can be from 40,000GBP to unlimited.
