Opportunity Summary

I represent a highly valuable connection who owns billions in private family capital. I represent this investor with my company. This is the only investor I represent, so I wouldn't consider myself a "financing broker".
 
I don't charge ANY costs, I get my chunk from the investor who gives me a commission for broker only. Ofcourse finder fees are always welcome, and if mediation is succesfull for bigger investments, I could ask a small fee depending on the loan amount.
 
We don't have a specific field of business in which we are interested, we can invest in everything what is profitable.
 
To lend money with us, there are several requirements for the lender:
- A business and/or marketing plan for our examination
After approval of the financing, the financing guarantee will be made by means of:
- The issuance of a promissory note for the amount of financing provided.
- Proof of pessession of small percentage of the total capital in cash (if you wan't to lend 25M for example, you need to PROOF possesion of atleast 1M for example), depending on the amount, we will define this percentage. For loans under 1M we need proof of possession of atleast 25% in LIQUID CASH (no real estate, obligations, materials) no exceptions possible
- A term from five to eight years, with the possibily of an extension.
- Interest of between 2% and 3%
- The financing will be made available immediately.
- If the mediation is succesful, I will be paid a commission of 3-6% for broker only.
 
ONLY if you (clients) can meet these requirements, we can continue further negotiations.
