RMy company has signed cooperation agreement with the Government of Lampung Province (Indonesia) to build Batching Plant facility to produce ready mix concrete and precast concrete (conctruction material) to fulfill the huge need of the material for aggressive infrastructure development programs in that Province. This is in line with Indonesia government strategies that focus on infrastructure development to support Indonesian economic growth plan year 2011 – 2025.

In 2011, the Government of Lampung Province allocated budget US$  45,977,011 for infrastructure only and absolutely need the ready mix material.

Current market situation of ready mix concrete (in Lampung) : - Demand (2011) : 270,000 M3 - Supply : 99,000 M3 - Opportunity : 171,000 M3.

 5 years market projectionRespond to this opportunity : 270,000 M3,  2012 : 297,000 M3,  2013 : 337,500 M3,  2014 : 391,500 M3, 2015 : 472,500 M3.

We are looking for investor  who is able to finance the project with total fund needed is  US$  1,200,000.00 for purchasing the equipments: batching plant, loader, pump truck, mixer truck.

The investor will get break even point in the month of 17th.
