Opportunity Summary

Aurec Human Capital Sourcing are an expanding IT Recruitment Agency that specialises in technical verticals. We are looking to increase our sales force with experienced recruiters who are looking for a transparent commission scheme that will allow them to earn a high OTE and also further their career.

We do not operate a KPI system for experienced recruiters and do not micro manage as our consultants our self motivated and competitive. If micro management is for you then we are not the right company. We have several competitions that offer high incentives including holidays.

One attraction that appeals to non-Australians when applying for a position in Australia, is that we offer the Government Tax incentive known as LAFHA. This basically reduces the amount of tax you would pay by a considerable amount for a 4 year period.


At present we have the following opportunities:

-Recruiters with at least 12 months experience to work in: Canberra, Sydney, Singapore, India and Hong Kong.
-A Team Leader for the Sydney Office: Available to suitable candidates with a proven track record at Aurec, and therefore would involve a minimum of 6 months experience as a Senior Consultant in one of our offices. This would appeal to someone from the UK or Asian markets looking for a new challenge that will lead into management.
-Sales Manager: This position will be based out of Sydney in the New Year.
-Country Manager based out of Hong Kong
