JOB TITLE: International Finance Recruitment Consultant
AREA: South East
BASED: London/South East.
BASIC: £30K.
OTE: £70K.

THE ROLE

* Genuinely one of the most exiting recruitment consultant roles in London, moving accountancy professionals at non-qualified to senior management level based either in the UK or abroad into positions across the globe.
* You will be supported by a recruitment researcher and will be responsible for sourcing candidates.
* There is a business development aspect to the recruitment consultant role but this is done through networking rather than sales calls.
* The role will not be right for aggressive recruitment business developers.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* The successful candidate will ideally come from a financial or international recruitment background
* You will be looking for a unique and challenging role.
* You will be moving professionals and their families around the world – therefore you must be consultative, understanding and want to provide a full solution to both candidate and client.
* The ideal recruitment consultant candidate will be a self starter, proactive and be hungry for success.
* You will ideally have travelled or had some experience of working abroad but this is not mandatory.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
