Our client, one of Australia's top 50 ASX listed companies currently has a requirement for a Risk & Compliance Coordinator on a contract basis. The position is a varied one, which will involve the following responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of safety, quality and environmental management systems
Develop new procedures to support operational staff where identified by the Project Manager
Assist transition teams with the population of the Contract Management Plan including Best Practice procedures
Identify best practice internally and from outside the organisation and incorporate into the organisation systems as appropriate
Develop, maintain and regularly review Audit and Inspection Strategies
Plan, programme and facilitate all audit inspections for specific locations
Carry out independent systems audits
Capture corrective action plan, progress, findings and trends, from audits and inspections and report accordingly


This is a great opportunity and to be successful, you will need to possess the following attributes:
Experience in Best Practice procedures
Exceptional communication skills including the ability to interpret communication styles
Ability to understand and accept new ideas and able to make clear decisions within guidelines
Ability to build positive relationships with clients - having a thorough understanding of client needs, actively managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction
