I am looking for an investor who finds interest in royal heritage infrastructure restoration & selling further to affluent buyers across the world. The business model in brief is as given below: - Rajasthan in india attracts a lot of tourists across the globe every year & the same is only increasing year on year. There is a particular charm for the royal legacy on this part of the country side. A lot of foreign buyers have started looking at rajasthan as a retirement home. There are many heritage Hawelis here with brilliant old age royal architecture. The plan is to first create a catalog of such Hawelis, procure multiple buyer interests, once the deal is fixed start the restoration of the property & hand it over to the buyer. The added business opportunity that comes along is to venuture into heritage tourism if a property strategically permits the venture. The total funding required in stages is up to 10 cr with a starting capital of 20 lacs. The competition as of now is almost non-existent & scope of losses are remote.
