I am seeking for investor who interesting in palm plantation business in Indonesia with profit sharing.

GENERAL iNFORMATION:

Plan of planted area 500 hectare, also ready for up.

Up till the planted produce in fourth year needed total investment about 2.500.000 Dolar.

The fund spent out part by part, according to necessity. There is needid fund about 820.000 Dolar for first year (buy the land, seed, land clearing, etc).

Estimate harvest after fourth year, about 76.000 Dolar/month.

SHARING PROFIT FORM:

Investor prepare all the funding and I will manage and responsibility for all planting, maintananca and production with share 90 % for investor and 10 % for me after plant be in production (after fourth year)
