CRW Special Projects Ltd Training Division was established in 2005 and its primary goal was to provide training support for the Specialist Security Environment.  It has since developed into a school of excellence in the field of Specialist Training for Business. 

We believe in establishing and maintaining long term relationships with our partner organisations.  Because of these relationships we are able to better develop tailor made consulting and Training Solutions to address Management, Security & Safety Training in line with the culture of the Organisation, work practices and financial resources.  Our consulting and training solutions are linked to measurable business process improvement, productivity and efficiency.

The Organisations approach to training delivery and design provides a means for sound decision making to determine the who, what, where, when, why and how of training.  The concept of a system approach to training is based on obtaining an overall view of the training process.  It is characterised by an orderly process for gathering and analysing collective and individual performance requirements and by the ability to respond to identified training needs. 

CRW Special Projects Ltd utilises the process of Competency Based Training.  The learners are required to master a Skill, Knowledge or Attitude (SKA).  The training focuses on the job by having the learners achieve the Performance Criteria & Standards necessary for proper task performance.  Learners are assisted by Individual Mentors to assist them in achieving the recognised standard.

The CRW Assessment Strategy is based on the National Vocational Qualification Footprint and all Assessments are performed by qualified TDLB A1/A2 Assessors. 

ACCREDITATIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

CRW Special Projects Ltd have been accredited by various awarding bodies in the delivery of Bespoke Training Programmes. 

We work closely with Internationally recognised awarding bodies in the development and delivery of training packages and Awards. The awarding bodies include: - Institute of Conflict Management (ICM),  Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), Institute of Training & Occupational Learning (ITOL), Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board (ATAB) and many others.
