Our 2 critical warm up and 9 “speed” drills use logic to: isolate, stretch, strengthen and condition all running muscles, ligaments and tendons over and over in a constant “ripple action” with each stride. Just like waves when a rock hits water it starts in the crucial feet / ankle plantar flex (where speed begins) and spreads up through the legs, hips and lower body.

         We use leverage to increase speed more by training just 30 minutes, 3 days a week than other programs can in 2 hours every day. Leverage from our shoes allows athletes to lift their own body weight thousands of times in short, intense speed drills. By lifting that much weight with correct technique & form while running develops strength and other speed skills by improving them all at the same time. i. e. Very few athletes can extend one leg in front, maintain balance and do one full leg squat. After 12 weeks, 50% of our customers can do 10 on each leg. This running strength measures training and injury prevention progress. When athletes can do all 9 of our speed drills correctly (In 25 min. or less) they can run as fast as their size and age will allow. Medical studies confirm they suffer 75% fewer lower body injuries and heal up to 50% faster. The “bottom line” is: Running with leverage makes slow & fast twitch muscles stronger and reaction time less which increases stride length & frequency.

        Never use running for punishment or stretch cold muscles!
