It exists to promote sport and the benefits it brings to young people.The core business services include offering PE as part of the primary school curriculum as well as extra-curricular activities; from breakfast clubs and after-school sessions to coaching courses and sports-based school holiday child-care.

The M.D. established the company based on the principles of exceptionally high standards and a professional approach. Coaches are usually graduates or professional coaches and all are AOTTS and first-aid trained.Importantly they also hold child protection and CRB certificates and are suitably qualified to teach PE. These professional quality standards and a commitment to best practice have resulted in the organisation establishing itself throughout the East of England as a respected provider.
