RABCORP will be incorporated and listed on National stock exchange of India in accordance with Securities exchange Board of India. Initially the core business activity of the startup company will be to invest in domestic and global equity,commodity and real Estate (rental). During the first year the company will set up Sugar and cement plants for which the location is already selected and negotiations with the concerned authorities are underway and there is full political backing as well.

I am seeking 50% strategic investment and the remaining 30% will be offered to the Indian public by book building process at  100% premium. 20% will be invested by me.

There is a high growth opportunity to be tapped by taking into consideration the prevailing high P/E multiples. There is a high possibility to more than double your investments because the listing will be at twise the value of the basic share price. Investors can exit after three years as per the regulators norms and the exit route is by sellign the shares after informing the regulator. Current P/E for financials is from 10 to 15 , for sugar and cement is around 15 . So the average P/E will turn out to be around 13.

This opportunity suits funds or Institutions who are ready to invest in a well secured start up venture, which is going to be listed within a year. All money transactions will be routed through State Bank of India or any other International Bank in the form of Escrow account until the shares are alloted by the stock excahnge after gettign the regulator SEBI's permission.

The Promoter is a western educated investment professional who has worked in America, Middle East, Africa, Far East and India. The promoter is currently working for a leading Islamic Investment company in the Gulf and is looking forward to relocate to India after finding strategic investors.

The promoter is expecting 40% premium to list at 100%.
