Opportunity Summary

What we do – The principals’ in Quze have developed a building envelope system using “Structural Insulated Panels” SIPs. Using a proprietary recipe and a proven simple manufacturing process we are able to provide thousands of homes a month out of a single plant.

Our mandate – To solve domestic and international housing issues. Domestically the product addresses fire and mould related issues no other single product known today can resolve. Internationally the product addresses affordable housing with simple low skill assembly and sustainability while providing protection from extreme weather (hot, cold, hurricane, earthquake).

The product – MagRoc Sheathing and SIPs – A selection of magnesium based recipes creating a structural sheathing and ultimately a complete wall section via the SIP. The product is structural on all axis and can replace wood frame, light gauge steel and concrete structures up to 4 stories. It can be used as curtain wall on commercial and industrial buildings. MagRoc is our third generation product developed over the last three years with real time field trials.

Sales – To date we have only sold the products in North America and manufacturing facilities to Australia and New Zealand. Quze is currently negotiating manufacturing facility deals in SE Asia and West Africa. For 3 years we have manufactured, trained and assisted erection of all projects in order to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the product. :

·       MagRoc is a sustainable non nutrient proprietary Magnesium Oxide based sheathing  it will not support mold/fungal  growth

·       MagRoc has superior fire resistance qualities

·       MagRoc does not breakdown when saturated with water and drys out quickly to its original condition

·       MagRoc sheathing can be finished as is and does not require drywall board coverage reducing cost and time
