This is a 6 year old adult entertainment business, a Caravan Swingers Club that is still growing rapidly, Oct 2011 over 1200 members and 2012 looks like a big one. The club is aimed at touring caravans/motorhomes and tents and runs weekend events, party nights and fancy dress themed evenings from erotic to masked balls or Hollywood to sexy Halloween parties for it's members.This club comes with it's own web site up and running, club members, all equipment needed, disco, lighting and many props for the themed nights. Club has its own caravan shower unit which is fully mobile, has full dungeon equipment and play room equipment. Due to the club size and now opening to the public I need to find a new location with a large area to hold touring caravans for weekends, maybe some static caravans to rent out for weekends and large parking area to hold visitors to the club house. I am looking to open the club 7 days a week 24 hours a day so looking to rent a caravan park with club house or large private farm with grounds and buildings. I would consider selling the club but ideal to find a partner even if a silent non working partner investor or full working partner. I also run an entertainments business which could be run from the same premises, managing and agent to many tribute bands and artists and putting on events, again need a premises to use the recording studios/practise etc. Can relocate to any part of UK due to the business. This is a membership only club renewed every year and also public visiters pay per visit this is run from it's own web site and run as a swingers social club.Would need a bar licence on the premises, I have my personal licence in place, Business could also be extended abroad as I have had lots of interested parties.
