Austin Butler provide several management consultancy services to our clients including process transformation/reengineering, change management, procurement, strategic finance management, supply change management and executive search services 

This is an exciting unique internship opportunity for a dynamic, tenacious entrepreneurial person who is aggressively ambitious, highly-motivated to succeed and money driven within our most lucrative division. This opportunity would suit someone who is looking to develop his or her career further with a view to becoming a well-paid executive search consultant covering financial markets. 

The internship/training duties. 
* Proactive business development. (This role is initially heavily telephone based so if you are not comfortable cold-calling please do not apply.) 
*Maintaining a database of key clients.. 
*Proactively sourcing resumes of candidates 
*Maintain good relationships with clients via telephone, generating face to face appointments and written correspondence 
*Contributing to competitor analysis and market update reports. 
*Attending client meetings on behalf of Austin Butler in order to fully understand our clients the requirements. 

We offer the best commission structure in the city and consequently seek individuals who are motivated by commission and OTE. (Our Lead consultant took home £193,422 last year!) 

This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly entrepreneurial start-up environment. Consequently, the initial internship for our business development executives lasts 8-12weeks (dependant on the ability to meet KPIs) and is UNPAID. However you could receive commission relating to the revenue produced by the senior consultant you work with. (Typically it is expected that by week 6 you will have learned the full executive search lifecycle and processes associated with it). 

Upon successful completion of your business development executive internship, you will become a permanent junior consultant responsible for your own portfolio of clients. You will receive a base salary of £28,000 and can expect to earn £Respond to this opportunity a month dependant on revenue you generate. 

The ability to communicate effectively and to be able to understand complex requirements is highly important. The learning curve is incredibly steep; however a strong academic track-record is only a plus and not a necessity.
