There are many weight control systems available. Most use load cells and all are expensive, and coplicated to install and calibrate.. . We are the inventors and manufacturers of a simple uncomplicated and reliable weight control system for vehicles.
We use an air operated probe that sends signals to a dashboard mounted control box with led, tell tale illumination. When the vehicle is being loaded a green led is illuminated indicating the legal weight limit of the vehicle is approaching. When the legal limit is reached a second led red in colour is illuminated indicating the vehicle has reached its legal capacity.
If loading continues the green led goes out leaving the red led illuminated indicating the vehicle is overweight. We have an optional buzzer that will sound when the red led is illuminated. This can be fitted outside the vehicle along with a red led if needed but most cases the red dashboard indicator will suffice. Simple and basic to fit and calibrate.
We will only have one dealer per city so there is no competition, from another same product reseller. Minimum purchase is 20 units per order. the cost of 20 units is US3000 The oem market is wide open for all dealers and i think many manufacturers would be interested to fit these unit. The recomended fitted price to customers is between us$ 4 to 500 but it is up to the dealer concerned. Units are warranted for 2 years, misuse or tampering excepted and dealers can refit parts from stock and note when reordering what parts are warranty and a no charge invoice will be raised and parts sent free of charge.. All parts are factory sealed and are not repairable.. This is done to prevent factory settings from being changed.
