As a UKPB Franchisee you will deal in residential property within your own territory.  Working from leads provided by UKPB you will buy and sell property, or build your own rental property portfolio.


 

What’s so special about doing this the UKPB way is that all leads provided for you are what is termed “BMV” Leads. BMV stands for below market value and UKPB have specialised for many years in sourcing property where vendors are prepared to sell cheaply in order to secure a quick sale. Most properties are bought at around 75% of open market value giving the franchisee an instant 25% free equity.

You will work from home, will require no staff or premises and will spend most of your time assessing properties and negotiating deals with vendors.  You can then choose to on sell the property purchased for instant profit, or keep it for rental. Properties will be bought in your own name, so you will need access to some capital (see below).

UKPB Investors have a proven track record of achieving  a rate of return on investment in excess of 30% per annum.

 

Funding Requirements

The initial territory fee charged by UKPB is £5,000.  There is in addition a monthly fee but this varies according to your support needs and chosen trading level.

With conventional property investing, properties are usually bought with the help of bank or building society borrowing. This normally leaves the investor with a large deposit to find from his own resources. The great thing about the UKPB franchise is that they will provide top up funding themselves for all your deals, in addition to any mortgage arranged. This means that you will have less to find personally on each property so your own cash goes much further and you are able to buy more properties, accelerating your growth and success. UKPB are backing your decisions with their own cash!

Your total funding requirement will be identified during the planning stage, before you sign up as a UKPB Franchisee.

What We Provide:
Business planning. We build a business plan for you, based on your resources requirements and ambitions, using our proven business model.
Training and Support. We provide full training, particularly in property assessment and purchase negotiation.
Exclusive Territory. Your own chosen territory is exclusive to you.
Property Leads. We provide all leads within your territory from our website and national and local press advertising.
Administration. We handle all incoming calls and enquiries, leaving you free to get out there and do some great deals.
Finance Sourcing. You can optionally use our own finance brokerage to source best finance terms for your purchases.
Finance Top Up Scheme. Once you have negotiated a purchase and organised finance we will provide additional funding from our own resources to make your own cash go further.
Legal Service. An optional conveyancing service for all your purchases and sales at negotiated low rates.
Brand. You benefit from the UKPB plc brand, stationery, brochures and customer relations management systems.
