Portal Ukrbiznes Company is urgently seeking an investor for the development of Ukrainian business online resource (Respond to this opportunity, portal Ukrbiznes) on terms of selling a share of the business. 

Ukrbiznes is an Internet portal and a social network for business, created to bring together businesses and employees of companies into a single information space in order to establish effective business communications and e-commerce. 

The status of the Portal at the time of investment request: a working portal and a social network for business (version 3 was launched December 1, 2010). 

The resource is unique due to the combination of a business portal and a social network for business in a single system. 

This development is fully owned by Ukrbiznes. All intellectual property rights and copyrights are protected by the appropriate certificates.

Since the launch of the new version, the number of registered users has exceeded 22,000, the number of registered companies - 6,000, the number of companies with which we have signed contracts for provision of services - 2,000. 

At present, the market of similar services in Ukraine is almost entirely free. All the major players collectively hold less than 1% of the market. 

The purpose of attracting investments: 

- establishing an effective organizational structure; 

- funding a large-scale advertising campaign, and, as a result, capturing the Ukrainian market of Internet marketing services for business; 

- creating the prerequisites for entering the markets of neighbouring countries, for which Ukrbiznes Portal is unique (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan).
