Unique opportunity to acquire a sound South African company specialising in the manufacture of state-of-art,off-road caravan/camper equipment.

The company has for quite some time now been the No.1 performer in this segment of the market.

Reason for selling this company: Present owner wants to concentrate on completing a major Real Estate Project in South Africa.

The purchase price includes the stand, all buildings and machinery.

During the past ten years, annual sales have consistently more than doubled.

The company manufactures a range of 4 different types of off-road caravan/camper units(there are currently more than 150 units on order).

The average unit sells at slightly more than Euro 9000, while the profit margin is well above average.

There are currently plans in place to substantially increase production of the entire range of products, to which end an additional 3,2 hectares have been purchased, and construction of a new factory is now in progress.

The following activities are foreseen for the coming six-month period:

a)Increase production of all off-road caravan/camper units from 35 to between 60-80 a month.
The company has set itself the goal of adding a second production line within the next three months with a view to shortening the current delivery time from four months to an ex stock situation.
To cater for this, a new stock warehouse is to be built on the recently acquired 3,2 hectare stand.

b)Construct a more sophisticated and streamlined caravan, by combining the best features of the present off-road caravan/camper units and he standard caravan.To this end a new production line will be opened.

c)Expand the export market, which presently covers countries like; Australia,Canada,Switserland and the United States of America.
The export market has so far shown sustained growth, despite having been severly hampered by the spectacular growth of the local demand and the lack of a second production line.

Within the next six months, it is envisaged that the entire range of products will be available ex stock, and more emphasis can be placed on expanding and developing the export market.

An Export Manager will be appointed in due course to oversee activities.

If, as is expected, the export market expands, a third production line will be introduced to meet increased international demand.
