Our division of consultancy has done tremendous R & D work and achieved a remarkable break through in the field of recycling of lubricants. We posses a new design version of Total vaccum distillation process, which we are proud.

We are a team of experts who have been for the last one and half decade, in the same field. Our team includes subject experts in blending plant, lube laboratories, lube recycling plants etc.  Our lists of activity are.

1.    Providing engineering consultancy for new lube blending units.

2.    Providing expertise in setting up and train lube analysis laboratory,

3.    Providing training for formulations of any type of lubricants including industrial lubricants,

4.    Recommendation of cost effective additive suppliers for specific formulations etc.

5.    Providing technical know how in setting up genuine recycling plants, with capacity ranging from 25 kl to 100 kl processing capacity per day.

6.    Conversion of out dated and closed acid process plants to the newer version of totally acid free Vacuum distillation process.

7.    Providing remedial measures for recycling plants presently facing trouble with process like recovery rate and economics etc.

8.    Help management in recruitments with technical assessments of candidates in related subjects. 

9.    Conversion of an existing batch dehydration / Clay treatment facility of a reclamation plant to a continuous process.

We are desirous of collaborating with firms of Middle East having infrastructure of storage tanks, permission from the Govt s Environment Department to set up a recycling plant for used engine oils.

The proposal is to set up a plant for the above purpose with an initial refining capacity of 25 kl per day, expandable to 100 KL per day.. The power requirement would be 150 KVA,
