We are going to expand our service network globally through massive advertisement on internet. Our first customers are going to be an individual or SOHO. Please understand the expectation of the individual needs more management than required by the client. We will be extending live connection from our server to the individual who have presence geographically in the area. We expect that the technician will have adequate infrastructure including PC with windows, Static IP and Internet connection. All requisite tools are available on our site.
Our system offers the facility to our client for accepting call/ denying call. Once a client accepts only then do we go ahead to connect respective technician to the clients PC. This process requires revealing details of the technician to our client. It is expected that the technician will give right information about his/ her details. There will be a binding on the technician to work under our privacy policy as given in our site.
